1 The course and what you get
AI Mastery is an online training programme covering artificial intelligence skills across three levels. The course is delivered digitally through the Skool platform. There is no physical component.
Access is granted per tier purchased:
Access is granted on a lifetime basis — once you purchase a tier, you have access to that content for as long as the course platform remains active. We do not charge subscription or renewal fees.
2 Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed and charged in GBP (British Pounds). Payment is a one-time charge — there are no recurring fees, subscriptions, or hidden costs.
By entering your payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge the stated amount to your card. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
You will receive a payment confirmation from Stripe and a separate access link to join Skool once your payment is verified. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, email hello@husnainsultan.com with your purchase details.
3 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with AI Mastery for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a refund:
- Email hello@husnainsultan.com within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your course access on Skool will be removed.
After 30 days, purchases are final and non-refundable.
4 Course access and your account
Course content is delivered through Skool. After purchase, you will be directed to create a Skool account (or log in to an existing one). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Skool account.
- Your course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else.
- One purchase grants access to one individual. If you want to enrol colleagues or team members, each person requires their own purchase.
- You must comply with Skool's own terms of service when using the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if we have reasonable grounds to believe an account is being shared or misused. In cases of genuine misuse, no refund will be issued.
5 Intellectual property
All course content — including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, written materials, slide decks, templates, worksheets, and community posts made by the instructor — is the intellectual property of Hus Sultan and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
Watch, read, and apply the course content for your own personal and professional development. You may reference ideas or techniques you have learned, provided you credit the source.
Reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission. This includes sharing downloads, recording lessons, or uploading content to other platforms.
If you would like to use course materials for teaching, corporate training, or any other purpose beyond personal use, please email hello@husnainsultan.com to discuss licensing.
6 Acceptable use
By joining AI Mastery, you agree to behave respectfully within the course community and towards other students. Specifically, you will not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell course content in any form.
- Share your login credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other community members or the instructor.
- Post spam, unsolicited advertising, or off-topic promotional content in community spaces.
- Use the course content to develop a directly competing product or training programme without prior written permission.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the course and community without refund.
7 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
AI Mastery is an educational course. The content is provided for informational and skills-development purposes only.
- No results are guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary significantly based on effort, experience, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
- Any income figures, case studies, or examples mentioned in the course are illustrative and not a promise or guarantee of earnings.
- The course does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise). For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hus Sultan's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8 Changes to the course
We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time. This is typically a good thing — it means you get better, more up-to-date material. We may also update third-party tools or platforms used to deliver the course.
We do not guarantee that specific lessons, tools, or features will remain unchanged permanently, though we will always maintain the overall educational value of the tier you purchased.
In the unlikely event that we need to discontinue the course entirely, we will provide reasonable notice to enrolled students and a pro-rata refund where applicable.
9 Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AI Mastery will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
Before raising a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at hello@husnainsultan.com — the vast majority of concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Existing customers will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
